Implementation Manager
Fast growing Internet Startup is looking for exceptional people ready to apply their skills to help customers get the most out of our innovative web based Property Management Software. Your title would be Implementation Manager, but you’ll wear many hats including Customer Service, Project Management, Business Analysis, among others.
Day to day responsibilities
- Take complete responsibility for clients after the sales process
- Work with clients to identify requirements, evaluate alternatives and make product recommendations
- Help clients setup and manage their hotel on our software
- Schedule, design and conduct customer training to ensure successful adoption of software
- Pro-actively monitor customer experience and initiate contact to ensure customer satisfaction
- Respond to support requests and work in coordination other support staff ensuring timely resolution of user issues
- Capture and communicate customer feedback to appropriate internal groups
- Contribute to Software Documentation
Relevant Experience
This is not a technical position, but experience using complex software is a must.- Hospitality background is a plus
- Customer Service experience is a plus
- Project Management experience is a plus
General
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; and two to four years of relevant experience
- Experience in the hospitality technology marketplace a plus.
- No travel required.
- Excellent communications and analytical skills.
- Able to operate computer based tools, including spreadsheets.
