Revenue Management Advisor
As an innRoad Revenue Management Advisor, you will work with our growing base of hotelier clients to implement revenue management best practices and drive increased revenues for the property. Responsibilities include monitoring of inventory, developing short-term and long-term pricing strategies, analyzing hotel performance, conducting assessments, and providing recommendations to improve hotel revenue optimization.
Benchmark key metrics for our hotelier clients such as Occupancy, ADR and RevPar across various seasons.
Develop product information, rate programs, segments, restrictions and selling strategies to maximize room revenue.
Conduct competitor price analysis to ensure proper rate position relative to the competition.
Optimize RevPar by analyzing and forecasting demand and establishing effective distribution strategies.
Conduct periodic sessions with clients to review performance, make recommendations and explain potential benefits to the client.
2+ years of revenue management experience in the lodging industry (preferably with some experience at an independent hotel).
Ability to multi-task and work with different properties of different sizes and types.
Knowledge of hospitality sales and marketing including research, market segmentation, demand forecasting, distribution and price optimization.
Strong analytical skills including advanced proficiency in Excel
Ability to identify relevant data and use it to draw inferences with reference to impact on hotels revenues
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with extracting data from PMS systems to forecast, implement and evaluate optimization strategies
