Jeff Graham, VP Engineering
Jeff leads engineering at innRoad, with a mission to deliver high performing software to our independent hotel clients. He has over 12 years of experience leading software development teams in various domains, including hospitality, ecommerce, media, and education. Prior to innRoad, Jeff worked at Kaplan, TV Guide and The Children’s Place, as well as several startups. He has multiple Bachelor’s Degrees from Indiana University.

Matthew Q. Christensen is the CEO and Portfolio Manager of Rose Park Advisors, an innovation-focused investment firm that he founded with Harvard Business School professor Clayton Christensen in 2007. Prior to Rose Park, Mr. Christensen was a strategy consultant at Innosight and the Boston Consulting Group. Mr. Christensen holds a BSE in Civil Engineering from Duke University, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. During his career, Mr. Christensen has served on a variety of boards of directors. In addition to innRoad, he serves on the boards of companies including BioLite LLC, a consumer distributed energy company, CircleUp Network, Inc., a crowdfunding platform, Coupang, an e-commerce company, EZTable, Ltd., a restaurant services provider in Taiwan, and ACT.md, a healthcare service coordination platform.
David Arslanian is currently the President of AppliedQ, an advertising technology firm that helps agencies and brands reach across multiple devices. Prior to that he served as Vice President of Strategy and Integration at Pointroll, a leading firm in digital advertising. He came to Pointroll as part of the Rovion acquisition. Mr. Arslanian had been the President and Chief Operating Officer of Rovion where he lead the repositioning of the company around a market disrupting ad authoring tool. Before joining Rovion, he was the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Inanovate, Inc., a nano-technology company, specializing in advanced longitudinal assays used to detect diseases (most notably prostate and ovarian cancer). Mr. Arslanian also worked at SEI Investments in their Technology Services Unit where he was responsible for several large business and product lines. Mr. Arslanian received his BA in Economics from the University of Massachusetts – Boston and earned his MBA from Babson College in 2006 with a concentration in Global Strategic Management where he was the recipient of the Roger W. Babson award for outstanding leadership.
Shane Holdaway is President of Capital One Canada and serves as a member of Mastercard Canada’s Advisory Board. Prior to assuming leadership of the Canadian line of business, Shane held several executive product, marketing, and analytics roles with Capital One in the US. Prior to joining Capital One, Shane was a consultant with McKinsey & Company; prior to McKinsey, he was employee #27 at Authorize.Net, a payments technology startup now owned by Visa, Inc. Shane received his MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Accounting from Brigham Young University where he graduated magna cum laude.
Frederik joined InnRoad in December 2013 and is focused on building a strategic and consistent growth path for the company. He believes that with the help of InnRoad, independent hotel owners can manage and grow their businesses with ease. Frederik spent the past 5 years leading the sales, marketing and product management teams for GenArts, a visual effects software company. Prior to GenArts he was a strategic consultant with Bain & Company an investment banker with Citigroup, where he spent part of his time assisting technology companies. Frederik holds an MBA from Harvard Business School with distinction and a B.A. from Colby College with a major in Economics.
Sam Sezak is a partner at Blue Heron Capital. Before joining Blue Heron Capital, Sam was a co-founder and Managing Partner of Breo International, a development company focused on real estate opportunities in southeastern Europe. Sam had previously worked as portfolio manager for New Vantage Group, a venture capital firm where he co-managed a portfolio of over $35 million and 35 early stage companies. Prior to joining New Vantage Group, Sam worked for Merrill Lynch’s Global Markets and Investment Banking Division. Sam has spent several years in the Ukraine and in Poland as a Peace Corps volunteer and a business consultant.
