Getting Started

After signing up with innRoad you will be assigned to a dedicated implementation advisor who will walk through software setup, training and implementation to take innRoad live.

  • Our implementation team is comprised entirely of former hospitality veterans with years of operating experience. This team understands that a proper implementation is vital to the success of a new client joining innRoad. Over the years this team has helped thousands of hoteliers get up and running with innRoad.

  • We want every new client to be comfortable with the pace of their setup and we understand that every property’s needs are different. Our implementation team will provide a suggested timeline for the implementation on our initial welcome call but this can be altered based on need. We have helped properties in a bind get started with innRoad in less than 24 hours and we also often work with properties over several weeks before they open their doors for the first time.

  • Your data/guest history is crucial to your business, so we offer a full Data Migration as a part of your onboarding process.

  • When you sign up with innRoad, the first thing we do is introduce you to your dedicated Implementation Advisor. They will help you get setup and train your staff! Trainings are all done online and can be scheduled with individuals or in groups. Training is free and included for the lifetime of a client’s subscription. This includes if your hire a new member or seasonal staff.

  • We offer 24/7/365 live phone AND email support. No matter the day or time we will always be there for your property.

  • We work all the major OTAs and will do everything we can to help our properties get their connections live.

  • innRoad works with all of the major credit card processors and can all be integrated in your innRoad system. Make sure to inquire about innRoad’s fully integrated processing solution.

  • innRoad PCI DSS certified. All payments are handled with point to point encryption so no innRoad employee or malicious 3rd party can access the full credit card details of a guest.

  • innRoad has made several enhancements to our booking engine to help with ADA compliance. While there is no governing body that provides an official ADA certification, we have taken significant actions to adhere to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, provided by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

  • innRoad is proud of our 99+ % uptime rating. innRoad may have scheduled downtimes for updates to the system but this is considered rare. In the rare event of scheduled downtime, innRoad will plan the downtime for off-hours and gives clients advance warning for planning purposes.

  • Typically all training can be completed remotely (via phone, email and or screen share) which means more efficient implementations to get your property up and running quickly and successfully.
