innRoad takes on HX: The Hotel Experience
Our US team exhibited at the HX Show in New York City this past week on November 13th and 14th, and wanted to share our team’s experience!

The HX Show was a two-day, high-impact conference designed to help hospitality professionals navigate today’s evolving hospitality landscape and build their business. The show had over 25 sessions and additional educational opportunities on the expo floor. HX focuses on six core content pillars: Food & Beverage, Leadership, Technology, Development, Finance and Operations.

HX: The Hotel Experience offers countless opportunities to discover today’s must-have guest amenities and operating supplies. The exhibit floor gives hotel owners/operators, brands, management and purchasing companies, and other industry executives direct access to a comprehensive range of equipment, GRM technology, back-of-house products, and systems that improve overall profitability.

Exhibiting at The Hotel & Resort Innovation Expo

Our US-based Property Advisors and Sales Managers, Matt, Kristen, and Albert, had the opportunity to meet current clients local to the New York area, learn more about new hospitality industry innovations, and connect with hotel owners throughout the United States.

Our team had great conversations with hoteliers and enjoyed demonstrating how our property management system can help property owners grow their business in revenue, brand awareness, and efficiency.

The HX Hotel Experience was a huge success for innRoad. We were able to get in front of several potential property owners on both Sunday and Monday. We were able to provide live demos for several new potential customers and were able to meet some existing customers as well. It’s always good to have face to face encounters with existing customers and see how there experience has been as well as meeting new prospects which helps secure new business. I’m hoping we can do this again next year.
